The service
Zenofirm provides software for preparing, reviewing, recording, and auditing bookkeeping work against accounting systems selected and authorized by the customer. The accounting system remains the authoritative ledger.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for authorized access, the accuracy of instructions and source material, review of proposed work, approval decisions, and compliance with professional, contractual, and legal obligations applying to your firm and clients.
No autonomous authority
Zenofirm is designed to require recorded authorization for ledger writes. Software output still requires professional judgment. You must not treat generated plans, classifications, or explanations as accounting, tax, or legal advice.
Local licences
QuickBooks Desktop licences are perpetual for covered builds. Update coverage, workstation limits, and included workflow shapes are described on the purchase page. Reads, review, and reversal are not disabled because update coverage ends.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to access systems or data without authorization, bypass safety controls, interfere with the service, distribute malware, or violate applicable law.
